Area of Accountability
Support Human Resources department with conducting interviews, meeting annual training requirements, employee evaluations, electronic tracking systems and job fair/community presence.
Major Responsibilities (may vary depending on project):
The candidate will work with local HR team to be actively involved in the recruiting process from start to finish. Partner with the wellness team and activities committee to assist with any ongoing wellness projects and help plan upcoming employee events. Assist with electronic record keeping for disciplinary actions and training records. Assist with training needs, help with program rollouts, and tracking completion statuses for different touchpoints & deadlines. Work with local management team to complete and send out the quarterly newsletter.

Qualifications:
- Must be a currently enrolled in and working toward a degree in General Management, Business, HR, or related degree.
- Basic Computer Skills (Microsoft outlook, Teams, and Excel)
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills (communication is key!)
- Self-motivated with ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at a time.
