Education and Training

·         A bachelor’s degree in a computer science or human resources related field is required.

·         A master’s degree in a related field is preferred.

·         A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a bonus.

·         A Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) certification and/or Human Resources Certification Institute certification (HRCI) is a bonus.

Minimum Qualifications

·         Five-eight years of relevant experience is required.

·         Experience with software development tools and other technical tools such as structured query language (SQL).

·         Knowledge of extract, transform, load (ETL) tools and techniques for the extraction, mapping, and troubleshooting of data.

·         Practical skills in the use of standard HCM and business intelligence (BI) tools for data loading, reporting, and extracts.

·         Understanding of core capabilities of HRIS/HCM workflow with the ability to triage and prioritize issues.

·         Basic understanding of Fusion Fast Formula coding and compiling.

·         General knowledge of the principles and practices of HR administration and techniques.

·         Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
