- High School diploma or GED from an accredited school
- Must pass the Hendrickson weld test – 2G
- Must be able to read and write legibly
- Must be able to meet production standards and follow instructions
- Must be able to read and understand blueprints with geometric tolerance
- Must achieve a minimum percentile score of 33 on the DAT test
- Must be able to physically lift 65 lbs.
- Must pass drug and alcohol screen
