SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED/RECOMMENDED:

· High School Diploma or Equivalency

· Ability to pass 2G welding test

· Must possess a high level of attention to detail.

· Ability to interpret production schedules and build specifications.

· Ability to work overtime as production demands require.

· Must be able to demonstrate good mechanical skills.

· Results oriented.

· Hands-on, systematic individual.

· Strong communication skills.

· Associate degree in related field a plus for promotional opportunities.
