QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Willing to attend HOT POPPER training to become HOT POPPER Trainer
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Exhibit Hendrickson core values
• Ability to train individuals and small groups
• Strong Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Possess thorough understanding of the processes and work flow for given area
• Maintain an acceptable attendance level of less than four points in a rolling calendar year
• Have no more than one written warning on file for any reason in a rolling calendar year
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a similar industry.
