Education and Training:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Discipline required. Mechanical/Industrial Engineering preferred.

Minimum Qualifications:

5-8 Years’ Experience in:

·         Tier One automotive sector – Required.

·         Using APQP tools (FMEA, Control Plans, QFD, DOE) – Required.

·         8D problem solving process – Required.

·         Using and applying Statistical tools – Required.

·         ISO9001 / IATF16949 methodology – Required.

·         Supplier development – Preferred.

·         Six Sigma Green Belt – Preferred.

In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, the salary range for this position is $92,810-$127,610. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, qualifications, and other job-related criteria. This pay range is provided to ensure transparency and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
