Interested? The successful candidate will possess:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Program Management, Engineering, or Business required.

·       5 + years of experience in engineering, marketing or business with at least 3 years project management experience in an Industrial business environment, preferably in the commercial vehicle industry.

·       Accounting and Financial planning skills desired.

·       Computer literacy in a Microsoft Office environment (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint), MRP (QAD) systems and PLM software (Teamcenter).

·       Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and manage projects.

·       Ability to lead others in solving problems through a structured approach, emphasizing root cause analysis and decisive implementation. 

·       Demonstrated decision-making and negotiation skills.

·       Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.

·       Position requires individual to portray characteristics such as: self-motivation, assertiveness, results oriented and accountability.

·       Leadership and people skills to lead, direct, influence, and motivate team personnel and promote constructive relations amongst internal and external customers.

·       Demonstrate command in leading programs and meetings
