Education and Training: A bachelor's degree is preferred, but an associate degree with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience will be considered, as well as 5 years or more of direct supervisory experience. 

Minimum Qualifications

·         2-5 years’ experience in a supervisor role conducting performance evaluations, coaching, counseling, and disciplinary activities

·         Must possess the ability to effectively direct, motivate and coordinate all activities associated with the manufacturing processes preferably in a Tier I Automotive environment

·         Professionalism and integrity to communicate and collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization

·         PC skills necessary

·         Familiarity with the 7 Quality tools (APQP, SPC, 8D, etc.)

·         MRP working knowledge (preferred)

·         TS16949 experience (preferred)
