Education and Training:

• HS Diploma/ GED required 
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred, an associate degree or equivalent experience in an applicable area is accepted

Minimum Qualifications:

•          Minimum of two years’ supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
•          Should have worked without direct supervision with a high degree of personal accountability.
•          Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
•          Proven track record of continuing training through schools and seminars.
•          Training or demonstrated experience in positive management techniques and team building concepts preferred.
•          Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Intranet, etc.)
•          Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•          Knowledge of material flow and inventory control.

Strong mechanical ability required.

Physical Demands:

• Lift less than 50 lbs. 
• Must be able to actively walk the plant floor 60% - 70% of the time. 

Environmental Conditions:

• Office environment
• Manufacturing environment
