Minimum Qualifications

·         High school diploma

·         Must be able to read and write English.

·         Must be able to read and understand work instructions.

·         Must be able to read a tape measure or ruler.

·         Good verbal and written communication skills.

·         Ability to work well with others.

 Physical Demands

• Ability to twist, bend and lift repetitively.
• Ability to stand continuously for 8-12 hours.
• Good physical conditions to lift up to 25lbs repetitively.
• Good eye/hand coordination and good motor skills.

Environmental Conditions

·         Exposure to loud noise.

·         Exposure to hot and humid conditions.

• Double hearing protection and eye protection are required at all times in all production areas.
• Steel toe boots with metatarsals are required at all times.
