The successful candidate will possess:

·       Bachelor of Science degree in technical discipline required. BSME/BSAgE/BS AeroE preferred.

·       6+ years of experience in vehicle structural design (preferable heavy or medium duty truck) with exposure to dynamic structural analysis, finite element analysis, fatigue analysis, and product design.

·       Demonstrated product innovation.

·       Electrical or brake experience a plus.

·       Project management experience preferred.

·       Frequent sitting and working at computer for extended periods of time.

·       Occasional standing and walking on concrete.

·       Occasional climbing stairs and fixed/vertical ladders.

·       Ability to lift and carry up to 60lbs.

·       Ability to push/pull carts (minimal 25lbs) and parts (minimal 60lbs).

·       Ability to drive as required.

·       Ability to travel as required.

·       Demonstrated ability to manage and meet product development deadlines.

·       Strong problem-solving skills, including ability to drive issues to resolution.
