Education and Training

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related area.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of fifteen (15) years’ work experience in manufacturing.  Minimum of 10 years leading a manufacturing team.  Previous engineering and project management work experience are a plus.
• Knowledge and experience with lean manufacturing principles including: 5S, theory of constraints, and visual factory.
• Results-oriented individual possessing analytical skills and demonstrated ability to plan and prioritize projects.  Ability to execute multiple responsibilities, projects and activities.
• Good communication and leadership skills. 
• Ability to lead by example supporting a team-oriented environment and maintain good employee relations.
• Computer literate using windows-based software.
• Occasion travel required.

 Physical Demands

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position.
• Occasionally need to move about inside office designated area.
• Minimal movement of hands, wrists, or fingers such as typing, filing, and writing.

Environmental Conditions

• Frequently exposure to office designated area.
• Minimal atmospheric exposure.
• Minimal exposure to loud noises.
• Minimal exposure to items that might injure one’s self.
