Education and Training

·         A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field is required.

·         Payroll certifications such as the Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) are strongly preferred.

Minimum Qualifications

·         A minimum of nine years’ experience in payroll or a related field is required.

·         Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, or on an as needed basis is required.

·         Strong analytical skills are required.

·         Ability to communicate effectively across various teams and/or levels is necessary.

·         Proficiency in a payroll system is essential.

·         Strong organizational skills and ability to be detailed oriented is crucial.

·         Ability to manage direct reports in various locations.

In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, the salary range for this position is $115,000-125,000. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, qualifications, and other job-related criteria.
