Education and Training

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred.
• APICS Certified or pursuing certification, preferred.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3- 5 years’ experience production planning required.
• Experienced in the use of MRPII systems in a manufacturing environment. QAD ERP system a plus.
• Skilled in the application of current Materials Management practices (in a manufacturing environment) including Master Scheduling, MRP, Production Planning & Control, Inventory Control concepts, techniques, processes and procedures.
• Skilled in the use of a personal computer and application of spreadsheet, word processing and project management software.   

 Physical Demands

• Must be able to remain in a stationary office setting for a majority of the day.
• Minimal need to move about inside office designated area.
• Frequent movement of hands, wrists, and fingers such as typing, filing, and writing.
• This position requires interaction with the production floor work centers.

Environmental Conditions

• Frequent exposure to office designated area.
• Minimal exposure to loud noises.
• Minimal need to travel to different locations.
