Position Purpose:
The Aftermarket Marketing Analyst supports marketing for the Aftermarket division through analyzing data, coordinating marketing materials, organizing and preparing reports, and providing insight and recommendations to optimize marketing efforts and business growth.
Essential Functions:
· Collaborate with the Aftermarket Marketing team to support various projects and initiatives.
· Support the team with pricing changes, quotations, and general pricing activities across the aftermarket customer base in a timely manner.
· Support the team with the master update process by updating the new parts quoted, new part creation, and current part updates to ensure accuracy and facilitate customer service processing.
· Maintain a detailed calendar for promotional activity in accordance with marketing plans.
· Evaluate marketing campaigns and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success while enabling continuous improvement.
· Assist in gathering and organizing market data by product category and segment to help identify area for growth and support marketing ideas.
· Gather market intelligence by customer, application, and vocation (i.e., databooks, etc.).
· Assist in preparing reports and presentations that share insights and recommendations with the team, management, and sales.
· Work with MARCOM for collateral, ads, literature, social media posts, targeted email campaigns and other marketing materials to support key divisional initiatives.
· Assist with analyzing the team to analyze data for specific product categories to support marketing decisions and provide basic insights.
· Support the team with input and maintenance of QAD files to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
· Other duties as assigned.
Education and Training
· A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics, or a related field is required.
Minimum Qualifications
· 1+ year(s) of experience in marketing, business, or a financial analysis role.
· Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred.
· Experience in the automotive and/or commercial vehicle industry is preferred.
· Proficiency in software and tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office programs is required.
· Proficiency in Salesforce or another customer relationship management (CRM) system preferred.
More Infromation:
In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, the salary range for this position is $59,000 - $70,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, qualifications, and other job-related criteria. This pay range is provided to ensure transparency and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
