Education and Training

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5-8 years manufacturing experience.
• Experience on time studies, line balance and fixture design (CREO, Inventor)
• CNC Machining knowledge preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CNC Machine Programming preferred.
• Knowledge of tooling selection and optimization required.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong analytical/problem solving skills.
• Suspension System knowledge preferred.
• Welding and robotics experience preferred.
• Background in developing product evaluations based on analysis data.
• Training in computer aided drafting techniques.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Knowledge of programming and PLC logic.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on, systematic individual.
• Results oriented with a strong sense of personal responsibility.
• Experience communicating and working with all levels within an organization in a professional and reliable manner.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position constantly.
• Frequent movement of hands, wrists, or fingers such as typing, filing, and writing.
• Occasionally need to move about inside office and plant designated area.

Environmental Conditions

• Frequent exposure to office designated area.
• Frequent exposure to loud noises.
• Minimal need to travel to different locations.
