The successful candidate will possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field of study.
• 5 or more years of Human Resource experience.
  • Demonstrated functional expertise as an HR generalist within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge with state and federal laws.
• Familiar with O.S.H.A. required safety programs.
• Ability to lead the implementation of an effective training program.
• Experience with all aspects of recruiting.
• Good written/verbal communications.
• Experience with the administration of various HR policies and procedures, (i.e. attendance, discipline, etc.)
• Leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy of work.
• Good interpersonal skills in dealing with internal/external customers required.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills required.
• Experience designing and delivering training required.
• Adherence to company confidentiality policies required.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects required.
• Computer literate; Excel, Word, Power Point and HRIS system required.
• Ability to travel occasionally required.
• Knowledge of QS-9000 Quality Systems preferred.
