Education and Training
· Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, industrial/organizational psychology, or organization development. Master’s degree a plus
· SHRM-SCP and/or SPHR certification preferred
Minimum Qualifications
· Broad knowledge in all key functional areas of HR
· 4-6 years of experience in a variety of HR positions, both plant and staff-level
· Strong leadership and organizational skills
· Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
· Strong computer skills required
· Active affiliation with appropriate HR networks and organizations and ongoing community involvement preferred
Physical Demands
· Constant sitting
· Occasional walking and standing
· Minimal bending, squatting, kneeling, climbing and reaching
· Lifting 1-5 lbs.
· Carry up to 5 lbs. approximately 25 feet
· Push/Pull 1-10 lbs. of force 5 feet

Work Environment: Office/Administrative
Frequent exposure to a manufacturing environment
