Mechanical aptitude with a demonstrated ability to work in manufacturing.

Experience performing inspections that involves measuring equipment (e.g., mics; calipers)

Experience performing PM on machines and equipment.

Experience running a press (or similar machine esp. NC type) preferred.

Ability to meet production standards by adhering to established work procedures.

Ability to identifying and report on problems while recommending solutions.

Ability to read Blueprints.

Familiarity with geometric tolerances desired.

Demonstrated welding ability and/or interest in welding.

Must be able to physically lift 40 lbs.

Ability to function as an effective team member.

Must have passed New Employee Probationary Period

Ability to attend work on a regular basis.
