Education and Training

·         A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

·         A minimum of 5 years’ experience in territory sales.

·         Experience selling in the heavy-duty truck/trailer industry is strongly preferred. Candidates must have significant industrial sales/marketing experience if no truck/trailer industry experience.

Minimum Qualifications

·         Must be a current resident or willing to relocate within the assigned territory.

·         Willingness to travel frequently to attend meetings, events, and trade shows which may average three nights on the road per week.

·         Must have experience in managing customer relationships and resolving customer complaints effective.

·         A strong understanding of the commercial vehicle sector as well as knowledge of suspension products and components is desirable.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
