Education and Training

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required
• MBA or CMA/CPA is desired

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive financial or cost analysis experience in a manufacturing environment
• 2-5 years of project management experience strongly preferred
• Solid cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects
• Mechanical aptitude with technical competency
• Strong grasp in MS Office applications – Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with an emphasis on advanced Excel features and financial modeling skills

Physical Demands

• Some travel required.

Environmental Conditions

• Office setting.  Sitting for extended periods of time.
• Some interaction with associates on shop floor.
